I stumbled upon Tweeter Getter, a viral marketing tool that claims to increase your number of Twitter followers by the thousands. “15625 new Twitter followers” is what the creator claims you will get if you use his system. Some people say this thing works like a charm while others say it is crap.

The creator of Tweeter Getter tries to get you to buy his Twitter report when you leave his site. I won’t buy his report unless I have good results from his viral system.

Let’s see how Tweeter Getter works on my Twitter account.

I think I have hit Twitter’s following limit. At the time of this post, I have 1216 followers and I am following 1881 people in my Twitter account.

According to Twitter, I must “balance your follower/following ratio in order to follow more people”. Find out more about Twitter limits here:

I am in the process of deleting people who do not follow me back from my Twitter account. The current following limit for my account is 2000. Let’s see if this number can be reduced if I reduce the number of people I am following and increase the number of followers.
