Version 1.2.2
In this version, I successfully integrated the SEMRush API into Maverick Keyword Researcher. I was afraid that the Google AdWords API would ban me from using their service because of their recent change in policy.
SEMRush API and Google AdWords API Data Compared
- SEMRush API uses phrase matching only while Google AdWords API has broad, phrase and exact matching options.
- SEMRush API has a limited number of countries and no language options while Google AdWords API has a big list of countries and languages you can select.
- SEMRush API returns the number of searches but it is unclear what this data really means while Google AdWords API has 2 types of search volumes – Local and Global.
