You are so lucky, Appearently you must have bought it on golden days of the software, it is not as good as it was in those golden days any more. Just check their forum ,

After reading this article I was a bit optimistic about this software,and we decided to buy it. but the reulst is disaster:

1: No proper documentation.
2:No, support at all.
3:when you submit a support ticket you have to wait weeks , and even not a proper help
4:When you, they give 3 months free support but they even do not your 3 answer in that 3 months.
5: They ask , 99 USD for a support , which they do not provide.
6: it is the way very slow……… sendeind max 5 – emails per second

result: it is a peace of shit, that takes your hours and days to make it work.

My suggestion is , buy and see what a trouble

I’m doing search for autoresponder and i found Oempro, i am very inclined to buy until seeing it your commentary.

Time since the date of post is old you can say me if already you exceed the difficulty?
