He talks about hiring good PHP programmers for $4-500/month. I checked the salary for programmers in the Philippines on jobstreet, and that’s about right.

I use Odesk, but the programmers there are more expensive. Where is the best site to find good Filipino programmers to hire?

So where is the site where you can hire Filipinos? I was considering Getreplacemenyself too but if I can find that hiring site instead then it would be great.
