I am always looking for plugin tweakers! I absolutely LOVE 2.7! No more WPAU (Wordpress Autoupdate) and even the One-click plugin is no longer needed. You can browse for, find and install most plugins directly from the Dashboard now! As an avid blogger myself, I am sure you can see the value of just these two features! I currently run close to 140 WP blogs (No, not WPMU) and have a service where I provide Hosting, Blog and email setup and even send traffic to the new blogs to help them get started. Howdy Vincent!
