You might want to also check out the SEO Quake plugin for firefox…. while not the prettiest tool, it displays a ton of info and I have found it extremely helpful.

Additionally Alexa has IBP (Internet Business Promoter) it walks you through step by step giving suggestions on improving your SEO rankings, for your specific site.
